Principal's Message

Welcome to Diamond Lakes Elementary School!

Welcome to Diamond Lakes Elementary School, where every Gem shines and every Gem drives our success! It is truly an honor and a privilege to serve as the proud principal of this exceptional school community.

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in education, and I am excited to continue this journey alongside our dedicated staff, incredible students, supportive families, and valued community partners. Together, we will build on the strong foundation of excellence at Diamond Lakes while embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation.

At Diamond Lakes Elementary, our vision is centered on collective efficacy, continuous improvement, and upward momentum. We believe that when we work together with a shared purpose, support one another, and remain committed to learning and growing every day, there is no limit to what our students can achieve. Every member of our school community plays an important role in creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

Our theme, "Gear Up DLE: Every Gem Drives Our Success," reminds us that just like the gears in a machine, each person has a unique purpose. When we work together, our combined efforts create the momentum that propels our students toward academic excellence and lifelong success.

I invite you to become an active partner in your child's educational journey. Whether you are volunteering, attending school events, supporting learning at home, or simply staying connected, your involvement makes a tremendous difference. Together, we will continue to foster a culture of high expectations, meaningful relationships, and unwavering support for every child.

Thank you for entrusting us with your most precious gift. I look forward to growing with you as we celebrate successes, overcome challenges, and continue moving Diamond Lakes Elementary onward and upward.

Together, let's Gear Up for an amazing year because Every Gem Drives Our Success!

With Diamond Pride,

LaTonya D. Graham
